Freezer does not get cold enough

Air blows first through the evap coil ( cold ) and into the freezer. Then a smallish vent allows some of the freezer air to get into the fridge.


What could be the problems for the freezer and fridge not getting cold ? I have the thermostats up to max cold and still not cold enough.
