Samsung freezer not freezing properly

Troubleshooting guide does not address the freezer not working. I left the power freeze on and checked back hours later. It is not staying cold enough. My ice cream is soft and only half frozen.

The seal around the freezer door can be another problem when your freezer is running but not freezing.
